**Job Title:** Structural BIM Coordinator

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. The coordinator will assist the project team in adhering to the BIM Implementation Plan, including model submittal schedules and updates of models to reflect as-built conditions for submittal.

The Structural BIM Coordinator will work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to deliver client BIM requirements for architectural and structural services. This includes performing quality assurance/quality control on Autodesk Revit models, preparing drawing packages, and managing 3D models.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with BIM LOD 300 and knowledge of 400 and 500
  • Ability to coordinate and develop design from construction through BIM processes such as 5D/4D
  • Technical capability of BIM implementation, clash detection, and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan
  • Knowledge of parametric and non-parametric family creation
  • Experience in Scan to BIM & PDF to CAD projects
