Job Title: Senior BIM Project Manager

Job Description:

As a senior BIM project manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple architecture, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing & firefighting) BIM projects simultaneously. With extensive experience in the field, your key responsibilities will include team management, project management, client engagement, business development, budget oversight, and implementation of industry best practices in BIM project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage multiple BIM projects concurrently, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project delivery.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring adherence to established BIM standards and methodologies.
    • Proactively identify and address project-related challenges and issues.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Serve as the principal point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and lasting client relationships.
    • Attend client meetings to understand project requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address concerns or inquiries.
    • Collaborate with clients to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
  • Business Development:
    • Contribute to business growth by participating in business meetings and collaborating with the business development team.
    • Utilize extensive industry experience to identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and showcase company capabilities.
  • Budget and Timeline Oversight:
    • Exercise meticulous control over project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
    • Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising project quality or client satisfaction.
  • Best Practices Implementation:
    • Establish and enforce industry-leading best practices in BIM project management.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the BIM team.
    • Stay abreast of latest developments in BIM technology and methodologies.

Must have excellent skills in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 software.
