  • Candidate applications are thoroughly evaluated, interviews are conducted, and assessments are made to determine fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Market insights inform our recruitment strategies, ensuring that we meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Candidates are sourced as per client requirements and strategies, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • A low backout ratio is ensured throughout the hiring process, guaranteeing high-quality candidates for our clients.
  • Delivery strategies are developed, owned, and implemented to maximize revenue and ensure long-term success.
  • Daily tasks involve addressing customer needs and concerns, maintaining account activities, and providing excellent service to our clients.
Database Management:
  • Designated dashboards are updated and shared in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our clients.
  • 100% compliance to internal ATS and tools is maintained, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency in our recruitment processes.
Networking:
  • A diverse network of industry professionals and potential candidates is established through various channels, fostering strong relationships and opportunities for growth.
  • Market intelligence, industry trends, and competitor insights are gathered through networking activities, enabling us to stay ahead of the competition.
  • The organization is represented professionally and positively within the industry and professional networks, enhancing our reputation and credibility.

Key Skills:

  • 8-15 years of experience in recruitment with a proven track record of managing complex IT requirements.
  • Expertise in staffing industry with experience in IT roles in BFSI, Start up, Product, GCC's industries.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Full time graduate with overall first division.
  • Master's degree or MBA is an added advantage.
