Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Specialist

Overview:

The role of a SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Specialist is to lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules for clients. This includes requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Client Needs: Engage with clients to analyze their recruitment and onboarding processes and identify how SAP SuccessFactors can enhance these functions.
  • Module Implementation: Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules.
  • Feature Integration: Integrate ONB20 with Recruitment and Employee Central.
  • Training Development: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients to ensure effective use and adoption of the implemented modules.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement services to clients.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other SAP SuccessFactors consultants and teams to integrate the Onboarding and Recruitment modules with other HR processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment module implementation.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Certification: SAP SuccessFactors certification in ONB20 and RCM is a must.
