Key Skills & Qualifications
  1. A minimum of 15+ years of overall experience in SAP HCM & SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 7+ years in SuccessFactors implementation & consulting.
  2. Proven Subject Matter Expertise in Employee Central, Onboarding, and Recruiting covering the complete Hire-to-Retire process.
  3. Strong experience in cross-module integrations with SAP ERP, Non-SAP systems, Payroll, Benefits, and other enterprise applications.
  4. Broad knowledge of the SuccessFactors Suite; exposure to Time Tracking & Payroll is an advantage.
  5. Extensive experience delivering global, multi-module, multi-location SuccessFactors programs in complex environments.
  6. Solid consulting background in SuccessFactors Advisory, Process Audits, and Best Practice Design.
  7. Proven Project Management expertise with ability to lead end-to-end programs.
  8. Pre-Sales experience: RFPs, solutioning, estimations, client presentations, and demos.

About the Role
  1. Act as a subject matter expert across SAP HCM & SuccessFactors modules.
  2. Drive solution design, documentation, and advisory presentations for global customers.
  3. Provide hands-on functional delivery and ensure high-quality implementation.
  4. Lead discovery workshops, strategy discussions, and design thinking sessions.
  5. Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle and provide AMS support as needed.
  6. Step into the Project Manager role when required.
  7. Mentor, train, and lead junior consultants, fostering talent growth within the team.
  8. Conduct performance feedback, evaluations, and ratings for downstream resources.
  9. Liaise with SAP to maintain SuccessFactors partnership status.
  10. Travel onsite (domestic/international) for customer engagements as necessary.
  11. Deliver cost optimization, automation, and rapid deployment solutions for clients.
