Job Title: Experienced SAP SF PMGM Consultant

This is a unique opportunity to work as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant with expertise in Performance and Goal Management (PMGM) and Succession, Career, and Development Planning (SMCDP).

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in the areas of goal planning, performance cycles, calibrations, 360 reviews, feedback workflows, succession models, MDF objects, development paths, career worksheets, and experience with at least one full end-to-end implementation of PMGM and SMCDP modules.

  • Design and configure PMGM and SMCDP modules including goal plan templates, performance forms, competencies, development plans, workflows, permissions, MDF objects, business rules, route maps, rating scales, calibrations, and 360 review functionality.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
  • Conduct workshops with HR/business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand process gaps, and propose improvements or best practice solutions.
  • Perform data migration where required; prepare and execute test cases; manage user acceptance testing; ensure quality delivery.
  • Provide post-go-live support: hypercare, defect resolution, enhancements, managing change requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (other SF modules, technical/integration teams etc.).
  • Drive continuous improvements: suggest process enhancements, optimize performance workflows, incorporate new SF features.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Expertise in goal planning, performance cycles, calibrations, and 360 reviews.
  2. Experience with succession models, MDF objects, development paths, and career worksheets.
  3. Strong configuration skills for PMGM and SMCDP modules.
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 8+ years in SAP and 5+ years of hands-on experience working exclusively in SAP SuccessFactors.
  2. Strong expertise in PMGM and SMCDP.
  3. Solid experience in implementing PMGM and SMCDP modules.
  4. Proven ability to handle change requests, enhancements, and maintenance (business-as-usual/support) of PMGM and SMCDP.
  5. Familiarity with integration points with other SuccessFactors modules and/or third-party systems.
  6. Certifications in SuccessFactors PMGM/SMCDP or related modules preferred.
