SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Job

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors consultant to join our global IT team. The ideal candidate will have experience in resolving incidents and change requests related to SF sub-modules, including configuration changes, integration issues, and documentation of business processes.

  • Resolves incidents & change requests related to SuccessFactors sub modules
  • Resolves configuration changes and integration issues for global issues, including India
  • Documents configurations and other business processes
  • Provides handholding in uploads of Master Data Files (MDF) and other objects, form template changes
  • Has expertise in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) ECC, specifically in Organization Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time and Payroll modules

Mandatory Skills:

  • Implementation or support experience in at least two or more of the following SuccessFactors modules:
  1. Recruitment (RCM/RMK)
  2. Onboarding (ONB), Off/boarding
  3. Employee Central (EC)
  4. Time Management (Time Sheet & Absences)
  5. Payroll (India)
  6. Learning Management System (LMS)
  7. Performance and Goals Management (PMGM)
  8. Compensation

Experience or knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central is essential. We also require experience or knowledge in integrations within SuccessFactors and SF to SAP and vice versa, as well as other third-party systems. Basic knowledge in SAP HCM – Time Management (Positive) and Payroll (any of countries - India, US, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Poland) is mandatory. Coordinating with technical teams for custom requirements is necessary. A minimum of 4 years of work experience is required.

  • Able to deliver work packages assigned

  • Diploma/Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a recognized university
