Job Opportunity: End-to-End Implementation Expertise in SAP Solutions.

  • A minimum of two successful end-to-end implementation experiences in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off & Timesheet is required. This involves a deep understanding of business processes related to Core HR and the ability to lead a team for EC implementation projects.
  • A strong grasp of SAP configuration skills, including data models, foundation objects, MDF objects, associations, propagations, position management, business rules, people profiles, UI configurations, workflows, notifications, HRIS sync, custom portlets, RBPs, and reporting, is essential.
  • The candidate must be able to evaluate whether an SAP solution aligns with business requirements and can provide validation accordingly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-directed work habits, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are also necessary.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of integration within SF modules such as ONB, recruitment, and LMS, and additional expertise in the SAP HR module.

Duties:

  1. Lead SAP implementation projects and collaborate with teams.
  2. Conduct workshops, run demos, and capture business requirements.
  3. Evaluate SAP solution compatibility and develop strong problem-solving skills.
  4. Integrate SF modules and have basic knowledge of SAP HR.
