As a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving impactful HR solutions and digital transformation.

About the Role:
  • Configure and implement ONB 2.0 processes, including upgrades from ONB 1.0, to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.
  • Design, implement, and support complex business processes in SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand business needs and propose best-fit solutions, leveraging your expertise in ONB processes in global organizations.
  • Provide guidance on customer processes and ensure smooth adoption, facilitating successful implementation of ONB 2.0.
  • Stay updated with bi-annual SuccessFactors releases and guide customers through upgrades, ensuring continuity and consistency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certifications in ONB 2.0 and Employee Central are mandatory for this position, ensuring our clients receive expert advice.
  • Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module is highly desirable, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.
  • You must have strong knowledge of ONB processes in global organizations, as well as exposure to system development, analysis, and testing.
