Digital Transformation Leader

As the head of digital transformation, you will spearhead initiatives across various entities, driving the agenda forward. This pivotal role oversees the delivery of bespoke and commercial IT solutions, establishes a robust data infrastructure, and embeds AI-driven applications across all IT departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a 3-year digital transformation strategy aligned with enterprise-wide strategic priorities
  • Drive enterprise data initiatives, including the development and scaling of data infrastructure
  • Lead technology management and strategic planning for the Digital Team, overseeing investment allocations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anchor digitalization and tooling strategies from pilot phases to full-scale development and support
  • Establish and lead the implementation of success metrics for Digitalization projects, reporting insights to senior leadership
  • Oversee technology initiatives by driving the delivery of custom and COTS solutions, championing design thinking and agile methodologies with a product development mindset
  • Drive the strategic adoption of commercial platforms and custom-built tools to enhance operational efficiency
  • Embed AI-enabled applications across business functions to enhance decision-making and automation
  • Develop and maintain a robust data infrastructure to support enterprise-wide analytics
  • Anchor software engineering practices and enable delivery of Product MVPs in collaboration with Digital Delivery departments
  • Establish metrics to evaluate the success of innovation projects and report findings to senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with InfoSec, legal, and regulatory standards across all digital initiatives
  • Develop future-ready IT teams with a focus on emerging digital technologies, including AI and Cloud
  • Rapidly prototype efforts and anchor application delivery and integration initiatives
