Civil Engineering Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Recruiter with a strong background in Architecture to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening candidates for civil engineering/architecture roles
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- End-to-end recruitment process management including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
- Developing relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs
- Timely follow-up and effective communication throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment preferably for engineering/architecture roles
- Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies
- Strong sourcing skills using job boards, etc.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts aligned with US time zones
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Prior exposure to recruiting for multiple US states and understanding of US hiring processes
