Job Title: Site Acquisition Specialist

Civil Engineering & Architecture Recruitment Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced site acquisition professional with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to join our team.

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or CRM system.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work efficiently to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
  2. Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  3. Stay updated on industry trends and talent market in civil engineering and architecture.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in site acquisition, preferably for engineering/architecture projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.
