Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist">Are you passionate about people and technology? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR professional to join our dynamic team. In this dual-focused role, you'll be instrumental in supporting end-to-end recruitment while also ensuring core HR operations run smoothly. If you're a proactive problem-solver with a knack for communication, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:
  • Tech Hiring & Recruitment

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create job descriptions.

    Source, screen, and schedule interviews for tech roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.

    Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top tech talent.

    Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • HR Operations

  • Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires, including pre-joining formalities, documentation, background checks, and the induction program.

    Manage the leave and attendance system, process leave requests, and maintain accurate employee records.

    Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to compensation, leaves, salary deductions, and other HR-related matters.

    Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS with a high degree of accuracy.

    Assist in ensuring all HR processes and records comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years in a similar HR role, preferably with exposure to tech recruitment.
  • A strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The position will be on third-party payroll with one of our trusted partners.

Work Model - 5 days a week (4 days from office and 1 day from home)

Location - Gurgaon
