Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Talent acquisition is a vital function in any organization, and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing recruitment initiatives. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work closely with high-volume recruitment projects while leading and supporting a team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment life cycle by working closely with Recruitment Managers.
  • Provide timely updates to contractors & consultants regarding contract renewals, terminations, and other essential information.
  • Assist the HR Manager with the onboarding of newly hired contractors, consultants, and employees.
  • Create and maintain effective spreadsheets to track various items such as Issue logs, Interview logs, Job Posting logs, Candidate logs, Action Item logs.
  • Attend team meetings, client meetings, and set up appointments for senior management.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring new jobs are opened and updated daily.
  • Submit candidates on the client portal and review & track updates published on the client portal.
  • Leverage principles of candidate sourcing, candidate screening, and coordinate background checks and contract renewals.
  • Monitor recruiter performance, provide feedback, and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • University Degree required.
  • Excellent English oral & written skills, fluency in English is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and recruitment tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to details, ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities.
