Arva Health is seeking a Business Development Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to identify and qualify new customers.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to create and optimize clear communication of value propositions.
  • Nurture and resolve outbound campaigns to cross-functional stakeholders, tracking customer journeys and providing personalized support.
  • Learn, iterate, and innovate, building, testing, and measuring different outbound strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
