Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the role of an Assistant Manager - MIS.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR dashboards, analyzing vertical-wise attrition data, handling PMS files, and ensuring timely accurate reporting of HR metrics through Excel PowerPoint presentations. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential as is a solid grasp of HR data management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain regular HR reports and dashboards metrics related to headcount attrition hiring attendance employee engagement PMS data etc.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across various HR systems and reports.
  • Collaborate with different HR verticals Talent Acquisition L&D HR Operations etc. to gather data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Automate reports and streamline reporting processes using tools like Excel advanced functions Power BI Tableau or other analytics platforms.
  • Support audits compliance internal reporting requirements by providing accurate timely data.
  • Monitor track key HR KPIs suggest actionable insights.
  • Support ad hoc data/reporting requests from management HR leadership.

Required Skills Qualifications:

  • Graduate Postgraduate in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR MIS HR analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel Pivot Tables VLOOKUP Power Query Macros is a must.
  • Experience with HRMS platforms analytics tools like Power BI Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail analytical thinking data accuracy.
  • Good communication interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
