Expand Corporate Partnerships and Drive Adoption

Jupiter is revolutionizing the way individuals interact with money. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding corporate partnerships and driving adoption of our salary account offerings.

  • Identify and onboard medium to large enterprises, ensuring seamless account opening for their employees and acting as the primary point of contact for their financial needs.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from pitching Jupiter's offerings to corporates, to signing agreements, to employee onboarding.
  • Conduct salary account activation drives and organize on-ground corporate engagement camps to foster strong relationships with HR/finance decision-makers at corporates.
  • Act as the relationship owner for employees of partner corporates, ensuring smooth resolution of queries/issues.

What You'll Need:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).
  • 1-7 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Salary Accounts, or Relationship Management in banking/fintech.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proven ability to build and manage CXO/HR-level relationships.
  • Ability to independently drive end-to-end sales closures.

Brownie Points:

  • Experience mentoring juniors or managing agency/vendor partners.
  • Exposure to credit or payment products and their risk/compliance nuances.
