Building Strategic Educational Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced Education Partnership Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and sustaining long-term relationships with educational institutions.

  • Onboard schools into our initiatives leveraging existing connections
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers
  • Ensure end-to-end onboarding including documentation, registration, and payment realization
  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned schools addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction
  • Monitor school participation, track engagement levels, and gather feedback
  • Conduct orientation sessions, webinars, and events to strengthen engagement
  • Maintain accurate school records in CRM and ensure timely reporting
  • Drive retention by ensuring schools continue participation in subsequent years
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in education partnership management, sales, or client servicing in the education sector
  • Mandatory: Established network of 50-60 schools with strong professional relationships
  • Deep understanding of the K–12 school decision-making ecosystem
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Number of schools onboarded from existing network
  • School retention and repeat participation rate
  • Stakeholder satisfaction scores
  • Timeliness of payments and accuracy of handovers to operations
