Job Summary

Lead Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to drive our partnership development and management efforts in India.

This role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to identify and formalize partnerships with Indian colleges and universities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and formalize partnerships with Indian colleges and universities, negotiating MoUs and articulation agreements for student progression and exchange opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and key stakeholders, aligning partnerships with institutional goals and ensuring academic quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external academic teams to map curriculum compatibility and student eligibility, designing progression pathways and credit transfer models.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of student exchange, dual-degree, or progression initiatives, tracking project timelines and performance indicators.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in higher education, preferably in institutional partnerships and international relations.
  • Strong understanding of Indian higher education landscape and international mobility trends, proven experience in setting up articulation, exchange, or progression programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, willingness to travel frequently across India and occasionally internationally.
