The role of Banking Alliance Manager is a strategic position that requires building and managing partnerships with banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and other financial institutions.

To be successful in this role, you need to identify potential partners, assess their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with our business goals. You will determine the alignment of our objectives with those of our partner banks and evaluate the associated risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions through regular communication and clear expectations.
  • Negotiate agreements with partners that ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions aligning with our strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure all partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with our business goals.
  • Identify and implement joint growth opportunities that drive revenue growth for our business.
Requirements
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree with 3-7 years of relevant experience in the financial services space, preferably with banks, payment networks, fintech companies, or mobile and consumer durable OEM companies.
  • Demonstrated history of generating growth using data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • A proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.
  • An individual with a network in the banking and NBFC space.
  • A high-energy team player with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Able to engage in technical conversations with banks to understand their requirements.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, willing to take the lead.
  • Strong communication skills: ability to communicate and influence across various levels of the organization.
