
Business Development Manager

Our company is seeking a key player to drive revenue growth by converting customer interest into purchases, opening new retail accounts, and nurturing strong relationships with existing customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Sales
- Respond to online sales inquiries from our website, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Manage abandoned carts through personalized follow-ups and offers.
- Support the customer journey from browsing to buying and repeat purchase.
- Wholesale & Partnerships (B2B)
- Identify and pitch our brand to multi-brand stores, boutiques, and gifting platforms.
- Onboard new stockists by providing pricing sheets, lookbooks, and samples.
- Maintain strong relations with partners to secure re-orders.
- Sales Strategy & Reporting
- Track sales performance across products and collections.
- Report weekly on sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor benchmarks.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales pushes.
- Community & Events
- Represent our brand at pop-ups, exhibitions, and PR activations.
- Collect leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Skills & Qualities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers (sales targets, reporting).
- Approachable and customer-first mindset.
- Organized and proactive in follow-ups.
- Experience in fashion or lifestyle retail is an asset.
- KPI / Success Metrics
- Monthly revenue targets achieved (D2C + B2B).
- Number of new stockists or partnerships onboarded.
- Conversion rate improvement from inquiries to orders.
