Our company is seeking a key player to drive revenue growth by converting customer interest into purchases, opening new retail accounts, and nurturing strong relationships with existing customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Sales
    • Respond to online sales inquiries from our website, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
    • Manage abandoned carts through personalized follow-ups and offers.
    • Support the customer journey from browsing to buying and repeat purchase.
  • Wholesale & Partnerships (B2B)
    • Identify and pitch our brand to multi-brand stores, boutiques, and gifting platforms.
    • Onboard new stockists by providing pricing sheets, lookbooks, and samples.
    • Maintain strong relations with partners to secure re-orders.
  • Sales Strategy & Reporting
    • Track sales performance across products and collections.
    • Report weekly on sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor benchmarks.
    • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales pushes.
  • Community & Events
    • Represent our brand at pop-ups, exhibitions, and PR activations.
    • Collect leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Skills & Qualities
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Comfortable working with numbers (sales targets, reporting).
    • Approachable and customer-first mindset.
    • Organized and proactive in follow-ups.
    • Experience in fashion or lifestyle retail is an asset.
  • KPI / Success Metrics
    • Monthly revenue targets achieved (D2C + B2B).
    • Number of new stockists or partnerships onboarded.
    • Conversion rate improvement from inquiries to orders.
    • Customer retention and repeat purchases.
