Job Description
">The core responsibility for this position involves overseeing the end-to-end issuance and fulfillment of new business, encompassing WIP management, central initiatives to streamline issuance through regular engagement with distribution/policy issuance/underwriting to ensure business continuity. This role will be responsible for key strategic initiatives and lead data/reporting for bank and internal teams to drive fulfillment processes.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with regular engagement with distribution heads.">
- Engage regularly to monitor and improve performance.">
- Managing New Business:">
- ">
- Responsible for managing new business issuance by ensuring daily traction on WIP to meet monthly targets.">
- Drive WIP clearance through hub teams to clear field WIP on a daily basis for issuance.">
- Maintain regular governance calls with HUBs teams.">
- End-to-end WIP management responsibilities.">
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive process and operational excellence initiatives for ease of business and enhancing quality measures for channel partners.">
- Data and Reporting:">
- ">
- Deliver reports and analysis on various business parameters and processing to derive a plan of action for improvement.">
- Enable and support distribution with various data sets, reports, and dashboards.">
- Collaborate closely with internal departments on report automation agendas.">
- Prepare presentations to be shared with senior management as required.">
Process Control and Monitoring
">Ensure compliance with AxisMaxlife and IRDAI norms by maintaining and updating SOPs and 4-sheeters, documenting and controlling changes in existing processes, and processing service requests according to defined SLAs.
">Projects and Continuous Improvement
">Conduct benchmarking internally and externally to establish best-in-class delivery and quality standards, roll out new guidelines for distribution adherence, and manage people by developing team members to perform effectively and efficiently.

- Achieve 92% M0 Issuance.">

- Enhance customer satisfaction through resolution of escalations and requests within TAT.">
- Complete at least one Green/Black belt project per year.">
- Retain talent with an attrition rate of
- User-friendly customization of analytical reports.">
- Deploy initiatives to bring about process improvements.">
- Ensure effective alignment across departments with minimal escalations.">
Desired Qualifications and Experience
">Candidates should possess a Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Management with a minimum of 10+ years of experience, including 5 years in relationship management and Banca operations management. They should have sound knowledge of Bancassurance or Banking Operations Model & specifically operations processes, good communication & analytical skills, strong data skills, a solution-centric approach, a customer-centric approach, process documentation, and systems skills, computer skills in using databases and office management software including spreadsheets/presentation skills, and team management and strong relationship skills.
