Job Title: Business Development Manager
Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to drive business growth and increase occupancy of our godown/warehouse rental spaces.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in both online and offline marketing, with the ability to connect with clients across logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, and other relevant industries.
Main Responsibilities:- Promote godown/warehouse rental services through integrated marketing strategies.
- Identify potential clients (manufacturers, distributors, e-commerce companies, etc.) and generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, brokers, agents, and channel partners.
- Coordinate with the operations team for site visits and client presentations.
- Create and manage listings on property portals.
- Run digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, SEO) to boost visibility and reach.
- Attend industry events and networking meetups to generate new leads.
- Maintain a database of prospects and update CRM tools regularly.
- Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence reports.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial leasing, or real estate.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Fluency in English and local language preferred.
