Job Description

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Experience Representative.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record of success in resolving complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain product knowledge and address customer queries effectively, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping, and returns, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing disruptions.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and delivery, ensuring seamless execution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Gather customer feedback and report common issues to improve the customer experience, driving business growth and development.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive customer journey, fostering collaboration and open communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Experience working with tools like Excel or similar, demonstrating proficiency in data analysis and management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, upholding the highest standards of discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with excellent organization skills, prioritizing and managing workload to meet deadlines and deliver results.
