Job Title: Customer Experience Associate

About Our Organization:

We specialize in Ayurvedic products and are seeking a proactive individual to handle customer care calls, resolve queries, process orders from e-commerce platforms, and ensure excellent post-sales support.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will manage customer interactions, address inquiries, process orders, and provide exceptional support. You must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer care calls professionally and politely.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries, complaints, and requests.
  • Process and manage customer orders via e-commerce platforms efficiently.
  • Track and update order status, shipping details, and returns/refunds as necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide feedback to enhance customer service processes.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer care or call handling (e-commerce preferred).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English required).
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-centric approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
  • Able to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Education:

  • Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Additionally, training in customer service is advantageous.
