We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through chat in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions in the system as per company policies.
- Follow standard procedures and guidelines while troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution when needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Undergraduate / Graduate in any discipline.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written English communication is mandatory.
- Ability to multi-task and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior BPO/chat support experience is an added advantage.
