Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary:

Bhanzu is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to be the face of our support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and building long-lasting relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or chat.
  • Proactive outbound calling to build rapport with customers.
  • Identify customers' needs and propose suitable solutions quickly and efficiently by coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
  • Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and use of ticketing systems.
  • Excellent written, verbal skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
