Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and accurately via live chat. They will also provide comprehensive information and support regarding products, services, and policies, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction during all interactions.

- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for further resolution.

- Customer-focused with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating online platforms.
