We are looking for Chat Support Executive who provide service or product information, solutions and relevant details to customers. They should be individuals with a knack for providing professional and clear answers to customer's requests.

- Take ownership of customer issues reported & direct customer toward solutions
- Provide prompt & accurate feedback to customers
- Taking ownership of technical issues & resolving them
- Improve organisation’s overall functionality and efficiency
- Keep track of requests and make sure they are implemented as planned
**Requirements**:
- Should be flexible with rotational shifts
- Manageable or good english communication skills
- Experience in BPO (1-5years) is a mandate
- Problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s or relevant degree
- Experience working in US Chat process (at-least 1 year)
