- Maintain professionalism and courtesy throughout all interactions, fostering a positive brand image.
- Document all chat interactions and resolutions accurately in the system for quality assurance and training purposes.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to internal teams for further resolution, leveraging expert knowledge to drive successful outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and service updates to provide informed support and advice.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices, promoting continuous improvement of chat support processes.
- Excellent written communication skills, with strong grammar and spelling, enabling clear and concise messaging.
