Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time assistance to customers through our chat platform.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize product knowledge to guide customers in making informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address and escalate complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or chat support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanour with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
