Location: Mohali (Punjab)

We are a leading staffing firm hiring BPO Chat Support Executive on behalf of one of our clients in the BPO sector in Mohali (Punjab). The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills and a customer-first attitude to support high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via chat and email
  • Provide accurate information and clear, timely solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction in every interactions

Qualification:

  • Any graduate can apply
  • Freshers are welcome
  • Excellent written communication skills in English

Work Schedule:

  • Shifts: Rotational (Day and Night)
  • Working Days: 5 days a week
