Transaction Advisory Services Manager

Manage complex financial transactions for clients acquiring businesses, analyze business and financial risks and opportunities, and advise on strategic partnerships and restructuring of businesses.

  • Aggregate and analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial trends, quality of earnings, and working capital considerations. Utilize advanced analytical techniques to assess potential returns on investment and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Draft comprehensive request lists, manage client communications, create detailed databooks, and prepare materials for senior management meetings. Ensure seamless project execution and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare in-depth reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations, and communicate effectively with senior managers, directors, and principals. Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
  • Develop and mentor associates and senior associates by providing coaching and real-time feedback. Identify and leverage opportunities for professional development and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Requirements for Successful Candidate
  • CA or CPA(US) or CFA(US) certifications with a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in transaction advisory services or audit, strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, project management experience, and ability to induce structure on disorderly situations.
