We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Advisor. As a Senior Advisor, you will play a key role in providing financial consulting solutions to our clients.

As a Senior Advisor, you will work directly with Management and Managing Directors to advise clients on how to maximize opportunities and minimize risks. You will participate in developing and proposing creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks, and interface with senior executives of clients and target companies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements.
  2. Perform financial due diligence on behalf of middle market companies and private equity firms.
  3. Aggregate, manipulate, and analyze company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends.
  4. Write detailed reports to present diligence findings to clients.
  5. Work directly with Management and Managing Directors to advise clients on how to maximize opportunities and minimize risks.
  6. Participate in developing and proposing creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks.
  7. Interface with senior executives of clients and target companies.
  8. Display the ability to manage and prioritize team responsibilities.
  9. Work on multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
  10. Play an integral role in developing relationships with current and prospective clients.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Accounting.
  2. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of applicable work experience including experience in audit or transaction advisory services.
  3. Licensed CPA/equivalent certification is preferred.
  4. Advanced MS Excel skills and strong working knowledge of other MS Office applications.
  5. Possess an uncommon drive and entrepreneurial spirit.
  6. Demonstrated ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary.
  9. Proficient use of applicable technology.
