Job Title: Senior Financial Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Accountant to join our international accounting team. This role involves handling end-to-end financial management, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and compliance for US-based clients.

About the Role
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations and accounting for multiple US clients.
  • Record journal entries, general ledger adjustments, and ensure timely posting of transactions.
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per US GAAP.
  • Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and inter-company balances.
  • Support preparation of management reports and financial dashboards for clients.
Taxation & Compliance
  • Assist with US tax filings, sales tax returns, and payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and client-specific requirements.
  • Liaise with external tax consultants and auditors when required.
Requirements
  • B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CPA (US) / ACCA or equivalent.
  • 2–4 years in US Accounting / Outsourcing / KPO industry.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, US tax compliance, and payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar accounting software.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with US clients.
