Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant, located in Gujarat, India. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily accounting operations, preparing accurate and timely financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The role also involves analyzing financial data, managing budgets, and guiding junior accounting staff.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and financial forecasting
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage and mentor junior accounting staff
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or relevant certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
