Senior Financial Planning Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality financial solutions. This is a full-time onsite role requiring 8-15 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM – HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close).
The ideal candidate will have excellent functional knowledge with relevant educational qualifications, such as CPA/CA/M.Com/MBA (Finance). They should have worked on at least two end-to-end HFM/FCCS implementations and possess strong technical skills in configuring and supporting the HFM and FCCS application.
In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, be comfortable facing clients, and possess core consulting skills. They should be able to work on Reporting – Management and Narrative Reporting, integrations and automations, and be open to adopting new technologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial planning strategies and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Design and implement reporting dashboards and other visualizations to support decision-making
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and project sponsors

Requirements:
• 8-15 years of experience in Oracle EPM – HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) and/or FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close)
• Excellent functional knowledge with relevant educational qualifications (e.g., CPA/CA/M.Com/MBA (Finance))
• Strong technical skills in configuring and supporting the HFM and FCCS application
• Experience with ARCS, TRCS, Planning is a plus
