Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial due diligence for clients acquiring businesses.
  • Identify and analyze business and financial risks and opportunities while advising buyers & sellers on acquisition and restructuring strategies.
  • Aggregate and analyze target company data to identify financial trends and quality of earnings.

Requirements:

  • CA or CPA certifications with a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CFA Level I or II would be an advantage.
  • 4+ years of experience in transaction advisory services, involving financial due diligence.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients, including C-level executives.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and the M&A process.
