Job Title: Business Operations Specialist

A seasoned professional with 5-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) is sought to join our team within the IAM department.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Malaysia and Chennai, as well as engage with global application teams across the organization.
  2. Lead manual discovery efforts for IDP and API gateway usage, considering that automated scans may not detect integrations.
  3. Reach out to application teams, consolidate, and govern collected information, building an accurate inventory of IDP/API usage.
  4. Utilize questionnaires to capture details on authentication methods, credential lifecycles, and governance gaps.
  5. Analyze and document how API credentials and authentication lifecycles are managed across applications.
  6. Pave the way for integration into a future centralized technical solution.
  7. Work collaboratively with IAM architects, product owners, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable and compliant onboarding solutions.
