Business Integrity Screening Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Integrity Screening Specialist to lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of BIS solutions within an SAP S/4HANA environment.

Job Description:

The role focuses on enabling fraud detection, compliance monitoring, and risk mitigation through advanced screening capabilities in SAP. The key responsibilities include:

  1. Implement and configure SAP BIS to detect fraudulent, non-compliant, or high-risk transactions in SAP S/4HANA.
  2. Design, develop, and manage screening scenarios, business rules, thresholds, and alerts in line with compliance and audit requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define screening logic, risk indicators, and mitigation workflows.
  4. Ensure seamless integration of SAP BIS with other components in the SAP S/4HANA landscape, including SAP Fiori for user interfaces.
  5. Continuously monitor system performance and optimize detection accuracy and rule efficiency.
  6. Provide end-user training, detailed documentation, and ongoing functional support for BIS solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will possess in-depth knowledge of fraud detection, compliance processes, risk management, and internal control frameworks within SAP systems, along with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have expertise in SAP BIS, fraud detection, and compliance processes, as well as experience in implementing and configuring complex software solutions.

A background in business integrity, risk management, and internal controls is also highly desirable.
