Job Title: Data Integration Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Data Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing data connections between various systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Crawling and Processing: Design and implement data crawlers to extract information from customers' data sources using ETL platforms, developing data processing scripts using SQL and optimizing complex sequences of SQL queries.
  • Data Validation and Transformation: Build effective SSIS packages to validate, synthesize, and transform customer data for integrated business planning and analytics.
  • Solution Implementation: Work with Solution Architects to understand customers' business requirements and implement solutions.
  • Technical Documentation: Perform data analysis for complex use cases using SQL and document technical specifications.
  • Project Ownership: Own the entire development and implementation workflow, participating in technical design, data requirements gathering, and making recommendations on best practices.
  • Data Loading and Insights Generation: Design and automate data loading and insights generation processes with intelligent checks and balances.
Requirements:
  • ETL Experience: Must have strong hands-on experience working in ETL processes.
  • Databases and Languages: Proficiency in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and skills in one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL with knowledge of DDL, DML, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.
  • Programming Concepts: Familiarity with workflows in programming concepts.
  • Columnar Databases: Experience using columnar databases.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
