Job Title: Data Integration Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled data integration specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with ETL development, data cleansing, and transformation activities.

This role involves developing, enhancing, and maintaining Informatica mappings, workflows, and sessions. The successful candidate will perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from diverse sources such as flat files, Oracle DB, Salesforce, SAP (RFC/BAPI/OS integration), and others.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Enhance Informatica Mappings
  2. Perform ETL Development and Support
  3. Execute File Validation Scripts and Secure Transfers
  4. Support Month-End Activities and Ensure Timely Data Loads and Reconciliations
  5. Monitor and Troubleshoot ETL Job Failures and System Performance
  6. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to Support Inflight Projects
  7. Provide Operational Support for Daily Feeds Across Multiple Geographies
  8. Participate in Informatica Upgrade Projects and Automation Initiatives
  9. Handle Support Tickets and Ensure SLA Compliance
Requirements
  1. 3–7 Years of Experience in Informatica PowerCenter / IICS
  2. Strong Expertise in ETL Design, Development, and Performance Tuning
  3. Hands-On Experience Integrating with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and File-Based Systems
  4. Familiarity with File Encryption/Decryption Tools and Secure Data Transfer Protocols
  5. Experience Handling Large-Scale Data and Troubleshooting Skills
  6. Exposure to Automation of Validation Processes and Service Restart
  7. Experience Working in Multi-Shift Support Models and Global Team Environments
  8. Good Understanding of Data Quality, Cleansing, and Transformation Best Practices
