About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements for data integration use cases involving IBM ITX.
  • Map HIPAA X12 EDI transaction sets (e.g., 270/271, 837, 835, 999) to system data models and ITX transformations.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to define interface specifications, source-to-target mappings, and validation rules.
  • Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Data Mapping Specs, and interface control documents (ICDs).
  • Support ITX developers in translating business requirements into technical design artifacts and testable maps.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical or Integration Business Analyst
  • Strong working knowledge of HIPAA X12 EDI transaction sets
  • Experience working with or supporting IBM ITX (Transformation Extender) projects
  • Ability to understand and document source-to-target data mappings
  • Proficiency in analyzing flat files, XML, JSON, and CSV formats
  • Hands-on experience with data flow diagrams, interface specs, and business rules
