System Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled System Integration Specialist to manage services on messaging and file transfer technologies. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Sterling File Gateway, Sterling Integrator, IBM Connect Express, and IBM Connect Direct.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Unix/Linux, Business Process Creation and Maintenance, and protocols such as SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTPS, S3, and Pest.

  • Must have experience working in production support.
  • Should be skilled in certificate renewals.
  • Participated in disaster recovery for applications.

The System Integration Specialist will ensure effective and efficient management of MTS services to end-users and application teams. They will also manage projects, cost control, budgets, and ensure optimization.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of automation and its best practices, be capable of handling critical escalations, and ensure timely resolution. They should also be skilled to work independently, propose ideas, and work globally.

Additional requirements include good knowledge of infrastructure management and its best practices, incident, change, request, and release management, vulnerability management, asset, license, and capacity management, resiliency, DR process, and BCP.

Desirable skills include ITIL V3 knowledge, Agile Certifications, and Shell Scripting.

Education and qualifications: 4-6 years of experience, engineering graduate/MCA/computer science graduate or PG.
