Agentic AI Engineer Role

At the forefront of innovation, we are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer to join our team.

As an Agentic AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing agentic AI systems with stateful reasoning, memory, and orchestration. You will develop Digital Twin AI Employees using LLMs, SLMs, and custom orchestration logic, and integrate AI agents with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and WhatsApp. Your expertise in building plug-and-play AI templates for cross-industry use cases will be invaluable in helping us drive business growth without increasing headcount.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, particularly in time-series and sequential modeling. Experience with LLMs, SLMs, or hybrid architectures for reasoning + prediction is essential. Knowledge of probabilistic modeling, including Bayesian methods, Monte Carlo, and Markov Decision Processes, is also required. Time-series forecasting expertise using ARIMA, Prophet, RNN/LSTM/GRU, and Transformer-based models will be beneficial in this role.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of multi-signal fusion, anomaly detection techniques, and causal inference. They will be able to move from prediction to prescription, recommending optimal actions rather than just forecasts. Familiarity with control systems for closed-loop feedback in enterprise workflows is a plus.

If you have hands-on experience with data pipelines (ETL/ELT, Apache Kafka, Airflow, dbt) and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, pgvector), this is an ideal opportunity to showcase your skills. Strong SQL and NoSQL experience, as well as data architecture skills, are also essential.
