Job Title: Strategic Business Operations Specialist
Department: Technology and Vendor Relations
We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to support the design, execution, and optimization of business processes, tools, and initiatives across our network.
- Map and document business processes across departments to identify areas for improvement.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for management dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
- Evaluate and test new technology platforms to prepare business cases and ensure seamless integration.
- Track progress of ongoing projects and backlogs, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and SOPs for management and club-level communication to drive growth and improvement.
The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, process design, project management, or related functions. A passion for the health, wellness, or fitness industry is a plus.
