Job Description

Coding Ninjas is an EdTech company dedicated to bridging the skill gap between colleges and industry. Our mission is to provide students with top-notch learning programs that equip them with software development skills.

We have a team of experienced professionals who work tirelessly to curate student-centric learning programs. Our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that help candidates develop, apply, and demonstrate their capabilities in the software development domain.

This role involves driving the recruitment and management of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for our programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, aligning interviews, onboarding SMEs, and managing agreements & payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SME Sourcing & Hiring: Identify and reach out to potential Subject Matter Experts through job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Onboarding: Schedule, manage interviews between SMEs and internal stakeholders and ensure seamless onboarding by managing documentation, agreements, and orientation.
  • Database Management: Maintain SME contracts, profiles, deliverables in collaboration with the program team.
  • Payment Coordination: Work with Finance to ensure timely processing of SME payments.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with content and delivery teams and act as the first point of contact for SMEs, ensuring smooth communication and engagement.
  • Process Improvements: Support the program team in refining SME hiring and engagement processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities, and be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace is required.

Requirements:
  • Pursuing or completed graduation or post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
