We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee the delivery of training programs for our manufacturing, quality, and support groups.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA and quality systems, with at least 10-15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate training needs and develop training materials for the organization.
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and coordinate training activities.
  • Maintain compliant training record keeping, data entry, and hard-copy files system.
  • Assist in developing curricula of on-the-job training requirements, including appropriate documentation and qualifying trainers.
  • Prepare training completion metrics for dissemination at board meetings.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or Post-graduate Engineering background.
  • Good background in QA and Quality system.
  • Knowledge about GMP system and GMP requirements.
  • Familiarity with Training requirements in Pharma Industry.
  • Expertise in TNI, Training Modules, Training of GMP refreshing, Data Integrity, Investigation, CAPA management, and Change control system.
