Associate Customer Success Executive

Role Summary :
Customer Success/Hospitality is the key strength of BHIVE Workspace. As part of the customer success team, this role plays a pivotal part in delivering exceptional customer experiences at BHIVE Workspace. The successful candidate will operate as a Centre Head of a centre, ensuring best-in-class operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Be the Brand Ambassador for BHIVE Workspace
- Responsible for catering to the hospitality needs of large companies
- Front-end and manage the centre to deliver superlative customer experiences
- Design, Deploy and Drive Customer engagement initiatives
- Hold P&L responsibility of the centre and ensure profitability with a great customer experience
- Take strategic initiatives to ensure customer retention and expansions
- Conduct market study and research towards ensuring best-in-class initiatives at BHIVE Workspace
- Responsible for administering Customer Satisfaction survey and work towards a 100% CSAT
- Ensure enhancement of BHIVE standards on a consistent basis
- Ensure compliance as per BHIVE SOP
