We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team.
Job Description:The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and develop sales strategies for a designated region, with a focus on building strong customer relationships and increasing revenue.
This involves establishing and maintaining existing customer databases, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain existing customer databases, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- A graduate degree with 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of sales success, with a focus on building strong customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customers.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to travel regularly within the designated region.
